Marriage License Requirements for Osceola County

A *FLORIDA* MARRIAGE LICENSE MUST BE OBTAINED BEFORE BRIDE & GROOM CAN BE MARRIED. For this you will require:

Proof of ID / age

Applicants must apply together in person. Each applicant must be at least 18 years of age, and proof of age is required. Acceptable examples would be valid; Drivers License/State I.D./Passport

Marriage License

Please check with the County Courthouse for up to date costs and license fees

There is NO WAITING PERIOD IF BOTH BRIDE & GROOM ARE NON-FLORIDA RESIDENTS.

U.K. residents can obtain a license in advance, by post or purchase your license in Florida.
