Prices and Availability for VIP Orlando villas
What you SEE is what you PAY for a villa. Our rental prices include free pool heating, so if you shop around make sure you are comparing like with like. Remember that these prices are PER WEEK for the villa and not per person. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
Methods of Payment
We accept payment via all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, cheque and Bank Credit Transfer. Note: for payments processed via PayPal (including debit and credit cards) a small administrative charge may apply.
The prices below include the following free of charge:
Pool and Spa heating, Satellite TV, all utilities, all local, long distance and international telephone calls, and all State taxes.

* Note:
1. Free Pool heating cannot be guaranteed for single night occupancy unless at least two days notice is received.
2. Free Pool heating is conditional upon the pool and spa being covered when not in use with the blankets provided.
3.In addition to the final payment a refundable security deposit of £150 or $250 is also required.

Miscellaneous details
Our VIP Orlando Villa is fully licensed and conforms to current US and Florida regulations.
All rates are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking has been confirmed as accepted the price is fixed.
Bookings of less than 7 nights will incur a short term occupancy cleaning charge of $80.
We reserve the right not to sell nightly rentals for certain times of the year.
