Special Occasions
If you have any kind of special occasion whilst on your holiday and you are staying in our luxury villa, please let us know at VIP Orlando Villas, and we will do everything we can to make your visit that extra bit special.
Below are a few suggestions on how or where to celebrate.
Birthdays:
Any birthday is a special occasion and, depending on age there are a number of ways to celebrate.
For younger children, how about a "Disney" themed dining experience at Disney World Resort. Cinderella, Winnie the Pooh, Snow White and Sleeping Beauty, not forgetting of course the all important Mickey Mouse and friends will all be there to dine with you.

At Universal Studios the VIP Tour is a great idea. Go behind the scenes and take a backstage tour of the studios. www.universalorlando.com
Shamu invites you to get up close and personal at SeaWorld. Dine on the patio right next to Shamu and watch in wonder as he interacts with the trainers to give a private show. Great fun for all ages. VIP passes are also available for you to go behind the scenes and see how the animals live. www.SeaWorld.com
A day at Discovery Cove is a wonderful way to celebrate birthdays, or even propose - the dolphins will make it that extra special occasion. Relaxing on the beach, snorkel or swim in the lagoon and have a gourmet three course meal. The highlight of the day is to swim with the dolphins. Numbers of visitors to Discovery Cove are limited so you must book in advance. However, this means that there is no overcrowding, so you can really savour that special moment.

Retirement Party
Florida is a lovely place to celebrate your retirement and staying in our VIP Orlando Villa with your family or friends around you makes it just a little more special.
Travel to your meal in style in a luxurious chauffeur driven limousine. There are a number of hire companies in and around the Kissimmee and Orlando area. This must be booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Family Celebrations
For a special family Sunday brunch try The Renaissance Hotel near SeaWorld. The food and service are excellent, as is the presentation. Be sure to arrive hungry and remember to leave space for your dessert - strawberries and marshmallow dipped in the chocolate fountain. The price includes all of your drinks, so be careful, the champagne flows freely (as does the orange juice and water), and your glass is "topped up" before you know it. Please be aware of the strict drink/driving laws and take a taxi or limousine as mentioned earlier.
Sleuth's Murder Mystery Dinner Show
Enjoy a delicious dinner with unlimited wine, beer and soda whilst you solve the crime, with prizes for those who solve it. Mystery, intrigue and plenty of laughs make this a very entertaining night out. Dinner starts at 7.30 p.m.

VIP Orlando Villas welcomes you to our 4 bed, 3 bath, vacation home with private heated pool and spa.
Magic Landings is an exclusive and new gated community set in a conservation area and surrounded by beautiful countryside, lakes and parks. Our vacation rental home is situated on the outside edge of the community, well away from the main entrance and backing onto open countryside.
The Magic Landings community is located directly off US 192, opposite the Osceola Heritage Park and Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee. Our VIP Orlando Villa is situated perfectly for your vacation, being less than 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport and all major attractions such as Aquatica, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Discovery Cove.
Golf, fishing and horse riding activities are within just a few minutes drive from our VIP Orlando Villa, as are numerous shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. With the Florida Turnpike just over a mile away, golden beaches such as Cocoa beach are less than 1 hours drive away.
We are very proud of our home which has been built to a high standard and, for added luxury, includes upgraded flooring, furniture and fittings and has air-conditioning throughout. The main part of the house is open plan, with a formal dining area, fully equipped kitchen and utility room. The lounge and both master suites have French doors opening onto the shaded pool-side dining area. The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 masters (both en-suite) and 2 twin rooms, and are therefore ideal if two families wish to share the villa, saving on the cost of your holiday and still sleeping eight people comfortably.
Probably the most important and most used area of the villa would be the larger than average heated pool with Jacuzzi/spa, sun kissed decking area and covered dining area (lanai). Free pool heat is included for the duration of your rental including the spa/hot tub. All doors and windows which lead to the pool are alarmed for the safety of your children in accordance with Florida State Law.
REMEMBER ! The cost of our VIP Orlando Villa is per WEEK or per NIGHT, not per person, therefore cheaper than a hotel. So why not relax and enjoy privacy, flexibility and freedom from the comfort of your own “home from home” !

Games Room
Games Room - New for 2008 ! The 360 sq ft garage has been converted into a games room with plenty of space to enjoy a game of pool at the 7.5ft ESPN pool table. After which, you can then move on to a game of foosball or the selection of board games. For further relaxation, books, CD's and DVD's are available for you to enjoy.
Pool and Deck Area
In our experience the pool and deck area is where you would spend the majority of your leisure time during your Florida vacation.
The large 24 x 12 heated pool and spa/hot tub backs onto the surrounding countryside, with a whitewashed wall to prevent the children from straying onto the adjoining land. An ideal setting to cool off and relax after a busy day at the parks. Free pool heat is included for the duration of your rental including the spa/hot tub.
Surrounding the pool is an exceptionally large deck with plenty of room to spread out on the sun loungers. For al-fresco dining, the covered dining area or lanai has a large patio table and chairs. We have also provided a charcoal grill barbeque for you to enjoy the sunshine lifestyle. The entire pool area is fully screened to keep those bugs at bay, whilst you top up your tan.
In accordance with Florida State Law all doors and windows leading to the pool area are alarmed.
Lounge
Relax in a spacious room overlooking the pool area with a large sofa, two large comfortable arm chairs, love seat (two seater settee), coffee table, occasional tables, a large flat screen TV and DVD player, and French doors leading out to the lanai and the heated pool and spa. The Bright House Networks digital cable TV has over 250 channels and over 40 radio channels for you to choose from.
Dining Area
Furnished to a high standard with a large elegant dining table and chairs which seats eight people comfortably. A highchair can be made available if required.
Kitchen
Adjacent to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar. Everything you require is there including a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, double oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, cutlery and utensils. Plastic ware is also provided for outside use in the pool area.
Utility Room
There really is no need to bring a large amount of clothing with you (you can save the space in your suitcase for all the shopping you are likely to do) We provide a full size automatic washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A vacuum cleaner and dust pan and brush are also provided.
Master Bedroom 1
Truly a delightful room, with a luxurious Waterford Collection Queen size bed, 26” TV (again with its own independent Bright House Networks cable channels), walk-in closet, bedside cabinets and table lamps, ceiling fan and French doors leading to the pool area.
En-suite to Master Bedroom 1
A large bright and airy room with his and hers sinks, a large walk in shower, vanity units, oversize mirrors and hair dryer. In addition there is a large Roman style bath tub.
Master Bedroom 2
Another superb bedroom with a luxurious Queen size bed in natural Birch, 26” TV (again with its own
independent Bright House Networks cable channels), walk-in closets, bedside cabinets and table lamps,
ceiling fan and French doors leading to the pool area.
En-suite to Master bedroom 2
As with En-suite 1 this is a large bright and airy room with a large walk in shower, vanity units and oversize mirrors.
Bedroom 3
Matching twin sleigh beds in Mahogany with bedside cabinet, digital alarm clock radio, table lamp, chest of drawers, closet, ceiling fan and TV (again with its own independent Bright House Networks cable channels).
Bedroom 4
Matching twin sleigh beds in Antique White with bedside cabinet, digital alarm clock radio, table lamp, chest of drawers, closet, ceiling fan and TV (again with its own independent Bright House Networks cable channels).
A travel cot can be made available if required.
Bathroom
The third bathroom is situated between bedrooms 3 and 4 and has vanity units, a single sink, toilet, bath and shower.
For your Comfort and Convenience:
Freshly laundered bed linens, pillows, towels, and pool towels are provided and the villa is thoroughly cleaned throughout before your arrival. However, if required, for an additional charge, we can arrange regular cleaning during your stay.
No Pets
We have a strict No Pets policy out of consideration for our guests that have allergies.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa or games room. However, you are free to smoke outside the property or around the pool area.
Our Management Company take good care of the villa and surrounding area and are on hand 24 hours a day should you need them for an emergency.
